I think Torrie died.

Hello again my fellow readers.
I am very sorry that I have been MIA for so very long! I honestly had alot of change going on in my life that I lost my motivation to write..
So let me just start by saying I had gone Vegan during the month of May 2014 in lieu of my fitness journey. My results were amazing along with my transformation! Overall I do not get sick anymore and I haven't had a headache since I went vegan. As you may know vegan is a lifestyle that promotes the healthy lives of animals. Vegans do not eat ANYTHING that has come from an animal, no meats, dairy, eggs, cheese, milk or any sort of things along those lines. During my first 2 months of going vegan I followed the Raw Till 4 Fruitarian lifestyle where one only eats raw fruits and veggies until 4pm and then has a cooked plant based meal. I honestly got tired of having to eat so much fruit to get in the right calorie amount that I went to just vegan to make it easier. I have enjoyed the vegan lifestyle very much but just recently I have decided to add fish into my diet to accompany my fitness lifestyle. So that would make me now a pescetarian (only fish) only I still do not eat dairy products. My results on these lifestyles have been amazing like I said. My attitude has changed into always being positive towards life and people. The biggest and best results I have experienced was my weight loss. So far I have lost 32 lbs and counting :) I am very happy with the way things are going. To learn more about these lifestyles I would highly recommend researching Freelee the banana girl on YouTube, she has been a true inspiration to me and many others!

Have a wonderful day everyone, keep your light shining bright!

Workout Video of the week

Hello my friends,

This weeks video is about squatting! I personally like squats because they easy to do especially when I'm at work. I can get in at least 100 squats while my client is napping or watching a t.v show! They are fast and don't require any weights (unless you want them) So while you're just standing around today try to get at least 30 squats in during the day and go for 50 if you're more advanced!

Just remember, if you have 5 or 10 minutes of free time in your day you have time to throw in a workout! Keep up the great work guys!

My 5 favorite thirfted items and why!

Hello again my lovelies. Happy Monday :)
Today I thought that sharing and writing about my favorite thrifted items would be a great post considering that most of us get totally excited when we find an awesome thrifted item to bring home with us.

#1. Studded Wallet

Immediately when seeing this item I knew I would be taking it home with me. When I saw the price on it for .99 cents I knew it was mine even more! I love this wallet to death, it is a perfect size and was in great condition!

#2. Checkered Flannel

This grey button up is my absolute favorite, and to make it even more exciting it has a Forever 21 tag on it. (all of you know that store is my favorite!) I wear it as a cover up because it doesn't quite fit around my chest but it is still very comfortable and stylish. It has made a great addition to my closet. What a score $2.99

#3. White V-neck + DIY Chanel Logo

Ok guys, this white V-neck could not have been any more perfect! It was brand new and has the most perfect fit. It was as white as the clouds on a bright sunny but cloudy day. I added this Chanel logo on it to give it some more pizazz; getting my idea for the logo from Raven Elyse on her Youtube Channel it came out just as good as hers! $1.99!

#4.Vintage Button Down

I just recently purchased this from GoodWill and I absolutely love it! It has the perfect fit and a real vintage feel about it --in my opinion. I think it would look great with black skinny jeans or a nice slim pair of ankle jeans! For $2.99 you don't have to tell me twice!

#5. Roxy Rash-Guard

Wow I cannot even begin to explain how excited I was when I found this at GoodWill! I had been procrastinating for about 3 months whether to spend the money at Roxy for one of these. They run about $60.00 in Roxy stores! Let me just tell you that it was such a relief when I found this one. For those of you who do not know what a rash-guard is.. Its a protector for underneath your wetsuit when surfing so you do not acquire any rashes from the suit or harsh weather conditions. I'll take it for $3.99!

I hope you guys liked this post. I had a fun time writing it to be honest :)
Let me know in a comment which of these items were your favorite or send me a picture of your favorite thrifted item in your closet! Ok that's all for now, byee!

How to get fluffy breakfast eggs

       Good morning my friends,
can you feel the sunshine? I hope you can!
Today we are going to discuss eggs. Yeah, you know those things that chickens lay? Haha.

When scrambling eggs I'm assuming that most people like them fluffy and almost bouncy in a way. Today I am going to tell you the secret on how to get them that way.

1. Crack your egg in a medium sized bowl.
2. Add seasonings (if wanted)
-------- READY FOR THE SECRET -----------
3. Add milk   (yes the secret is milk)
«« add about 1 tbs to every 1 egg »»
4. Whisk it up for about 2 minutes (the more you whisk the more air gets into the eggs creating fluffiness) and then begin to cook your eggs the normal way.

TIPS *
* Eggs should always be cooked in a nonstick pan.
* You can use any type of milk - like soy milk or silk.

I have heard alot of talk about using milk and not using milk, but when only using a little bit you will produce creamier, fluffier and also a larger batch!

Have a great sunshiny day everyone!
